| Today ran 2 miles with my team at the Heritage Park I was disappointed I didn't run as far or as fast as I'd like to so when I got home decided to run 2 more miles, I feel so much better now! | |

| Today we did 30/30 and during that run felt pretty good, it seemed too easy! I think over the course of these past few weeks I've become a better runner. On Monday we did 4X1000, I ran with Annelise we really pushed our selves...Compition the whole time it was nice, we ran each lap pretty close around 5:23-5:25-5:30-5:40 we were going pretty hard, the time was Suppose-to hit was like 11:00 .....I've improved a lot! Can't wait to test again and see where I'm at now! Just finished my easy 3 for the day, went easy but the heat and humidity great! (sarcasm) |

| AM-Today did 4mies total with one of hem being at tempo pace. The run went nice, as today was our introductry on tempo runs. My tempo mile was an interesting one! I took off at a slower pace and then speed'd up through-out the mile, toward the end I gave out. I plan on working on my speed and holding it for longer each time! PM-I didn't have a ride to practice so for my run I ran there(Highschool)- weights and back it was a good run! During XC I'm going to try pushing myself the extra mile more and more everytime, I want to be able to run Level 3 runs and keep up! Little by little I'll get there! |

So I just realized I have two fast running blogs, hilarious right! Well I'll only be using this one, haha! Anyways today on my (AM) run we did 5X1k's went good, they weren't very consistint; around maybe 5:30 I can't remember right now. But all I remember is going strong on all of them! I made myself laugh today, because I didn't realize how self-motivated I am; which isn't bad at all! On my reps kept talking to myself "come on Irene push harder" "don't give up now" "keep the pace" ect. and as was passing some girls I was voicing it, haha! They probably thought I was crazy! But other then that I felt really strong tomorrow we have 30/30 and I'm going to keep this good vibe going!
(PM) So lately I haven't been having rides so I've just been jogging to practice at the highschool for pm practice (from where i jog is near the firestation) so from there~where we do morning practice~highschool makes a total of 3 miles! Run felt same as always hot! At weights I learned I haven't been doing squats right...So I have to fix that (hopefully I did).

| Today's Run .... So I got lost just a little bit! Haha, yeah need to wear my glasses more. I ran with the team today and was actually a good run I was happy because kept up with the level 3 girls for a good chunck of the run! But I lost them turning left by the mountain I ended up making another left, I could have sworn i saw them turn, then I was running in a field so i returned just confussed! As soon as I got home I ran another mile to make up mileage where I got lost! Haha still makes me laugh! Other than that I had 1.5 of the 5 to be at tempo pace, went well I think I need to work on just pushing harder as it gets harder(closer to the end when I'm getting tired). | |

| HaHa haven't bloged in a while but I will while I'm waiting the anticipation of my sister coming in. Any second so I'll blog!! I ran today in Boise Idaho...in short shorts I'm freezing but it felt really good I felt like I was getting back in the groove my injury is healing nicely and my milegae is bumping up!! I'm so exited woth how much I've come from being inside a boot! But today as I ran I passed a crosscountry meet it was cool to see the diffrent teams race...but sadly I was not able to go see our boys varsity race as I'm up here in Idaho but anywas I'm happy and hope the kick butt!!!! |

| So I guess I should be bloging all my runs .... Which I haven't been, anyways it's been nice getting back to running I'm almost at full workouts and slowly regaining my speed! But today I did not feel good at all wich was really weird, probobly allergys ...(Shouldn't have had that pb&j this morning) atleast I didn't die so all. Is good really regret not doing the 5 miles with the girls...but tomorrow, I'll compensate for it tomorrow. |

| Today's run was good I was doing good...on thee warm up haha just kidding, anyways we did 400 repeats and I did 2 with the team the first one was funky and then the 2nd one I got my butt in to gear (I was late for a meeting) and went way harder like 3-4 girls faster...haha and then rushed to my meeting and then got home and jogged to Snow canyon finished up my last 3 and then jogged home went good. |

| Today we had warm up/ 1,000's/ cool down. Felt really good no injury pain! I think I'm back/almost back to where I was before I got injured; now is a good time to start getting better and, working harder than ever. I'm super catious with rolling stretching and iceing now, which is a plus to have being Injured! Today coach Roberst made me realize I'm back to zero no more being in the negitive, It makes me glad to be back. Can't wait to see how the next weeks go, Oh and I just got new shoes, hope they help with the shin splints! Super motivated right now!!! | |

| Today was easy 3 and some striders, forgot to blog yesterday but it was good we ran to Green Springs came back and ran 8 striders good easy run then for the Striders I went hard and then recovery. Felt good then after me allie and mia did some meditation/yoga and called it good! |

| Today I did a mile warm up, I've been doing my warm ups on grass insted of doing like pizza hut's or heart's warmups that way I can keep myself healthy...no one likes shin splints and I don't want them back!!! Then we did 4 400's on the track; they felt really good I was proud of my self for staying up and pushing my self I wish I did better I mean, but they'll get better '35 '40 '39 '34 not very impressive but hopefully by track my 400 repeasts are in the 20's-10's ...its gonna be a lot of work but I'm willing to put the work in and take care of myself |

| Today was early out and we ran easy 3 and 5 hill sprint repeats, I felt horrible during the easy 3, I'm just getting home and gosh I feel like a truck hit me and my head ache... But on the bright note the hill sprints felt really good I loved them!!! |

| I've been forgetting to blog these last 2 days So here goes one for these 3 day's hence the 7.4 mileage Thursday went on a 2.4 run on this trail really good!I love'd just running (not very far) with pretty scenary around me. Friday I ran a 2.5 hilly loop around my home! Today! I was busy ally day and didn't get to my run until about 2:00 but got it in I started on my way to the sugar loaf mountains...and then got lost(well not lost but I wasn't paying attention and went this weird way through neighborhoods not realizing I wasn't going where I planned) it still worked out got in 2.5 maybe more ... I can't tell but it was kinda cool that I was so deep in thought I didn't even pay attention to where I was going I was there running carelessly. |

| 8am - I ran toward the baseball fields or whatever that park thing is, and when I got home I realized I just ran 2.7 on that loop so I ran another .5 loop around my neighborhood to get in the mileage was good |

| Ran loop around Starbuck my legs felt really sore the first half then got better toward the end I think I need to work on my stride more maybe spend more time tweaking it track season is coming and I really want to get it down! |
