My first run of 2014 so cool 2nd year of running!! Todays first run was great ran a loop my house around the highschool back down a busy road and home felt really good!! A little bit longer but still a good run!

I missed practice today ...(I forgot my clothing for practice) So when I got home I called Mia and asked her what the workout was and went on a 3 mile run...I ran a little bit more but not much (I lost me headband I got for christmas so I retrassed a little bit maybe half a block or less)I think I ran it alittle bit faster I ran at 5:30 (by then it was pretty dark)...

Warm up and cool down were hearts then we had easy 2 (1,000)'s at 85% it was cool our girls team seemed to stick together we came as a pack for warm/cool and for the 1,000's me and carly stuck together! On my cool down I had to run home and get to work so I met my mom at hearts and I left to work so I didn't get to finish my cool down or do weight lifting but I made sure to get in stretching and rolling before work

TUESDAY TRAIL RUN!!!! It was good other than I need to work on not sliping on rocks while going down hill but on the brightside I have some SICK battle scars I was proud of myself the first 2 I kept with the girls then started to slip off on our way back the boys caught Up and I Let them pass I was disapointed with myself the I didn't hold on with the girls but I pushed and got my 4 miles in ...Not given but earned

I've forgoten to write my mileage for yesterday so we ran 5 total with 12 minute tempo but I'm not sure of my mileage I ran with Taylor B and then she left after the Warm and Tempo so I wasn't sure how that worked out I ran the course again so maybe I only ran 4?!?

For today we ran 4 (60 second) runs + harts warm/cool I don't really know how I feel about that workout but I did receive good advise from Mia Coach Rob and Preston, which maybe I should start taking.

So today I took off at 7 am feeling like crap so I returned only running 1.5 I took some tea and medicine and decided I'd try again later but have been in bed all day, guess I should have taken care of this flu oor what ever earlier instead of putting it off all week...so I think I'll try tomorrow and do the workout hopefully I'll feel better!

After Work I got dressed and went on a run I didn't do the 7, which made me upset. But on the bright side I hit my tempo pace WOOW! Felt good to bad I didn't run with my team....

So today I got to run Zero, I got home and my step-dad Thought it was too dark to do some hill repeats so he said 5 am would be much better... So tomorrow morning I'm going to get the work out in!!

Monday I felt terrible I wanted to throw-up so bad but it just wouldn't come out till I got home and I barley go a mile in...

Tuesday I felt much better! After monday tuesdays 4 was delightful again I ran with out the team later in the day after work ...I think I'm getting faster running this late at night sure does make me run faster

Oh my gosh today I felt like pure SHIZ, that run was terrible; 4 1000 repeats my times were bad 5:20 5:40 6:10 6:00 my stomach hurt it kept acting up... What is this it seems like for the past two Mondays I've just not been feeling it... Me Sky and Katy went on hike/rock climb/swimming after weightlifting it was fun other than my stomach still killed, eating made it all the worse but I can't wait for tomorrow and get a good run in and leave today behind....Oh and I quit my job I'll be done by the end of February and focusing on Track

Today after I got home from work I took off running and did 2 1.5 loops and then a mile loop it was good I loved it so much probably my Favorite Run route by my home! So I was running just running no thought in my head (funny because Preston told me that when your not thinking you run better) and then I started to think about my yesterday and it made me sick... Then I realized when I think to much it turns my stomach. And then it hit me "Listen to preston Stop thinking and your stomach won't hurt anymore" so moral of the run...."Stop thinking"

Monday harts warm and cool and 3 1,000 I felt really Really good hitting my times.....I think (5 miles)

Tuesday 4 miles #trailruntuesday at chuckawala(might have spelt that wrong). I felt good on the way back I went with Nicole Ali and macey, I fell off At the end toward the end (4 miles)

Wednesday 8 miles w/(18 min. Of tempo) felt good first time I had ever ran 8! It was cool during the end it was strange. I felt so good and even went at a faster pace (my awesome 2nd wind)(8 miles)

Thursday today coach got upset at us for not showing up to morning practice (a lot of us)he mentioned we can't have a program with 4 girls and get it but right now for personal reasons I can't go. But. I will be putting my. Part in from now in and getting it in on my own that way I can acomedate my mother! But this after noon we ran hill repeats (oldman) and I did 1 800 3 400's and then found out it was 4oclock I took off I. Was soooo Late to get home.... On the way back Mr.Decker caught up and we ran back I made it a priority to stay up with him and I did!!! I have no idea what my mileage was maybe 5 not sure

So tomorrow in the morning I'm running the work out and got on here to check it so while I'm here I might as well blog...haven't blogged in forever. Anyways today was the. PV relays a lot of fun us and DH mixxed our teams it was fu! Haha our distance 4x1 haha... Then our sprint medley I ran the 800 leg... Not very good at all...like maybe one of the workst but it's okay I'll fix it I promise my self I will no exceptions. Then the 4X4 also not very good a time that too I need to redeem myself. Dixie is this week and I WILL get way better times in my 400 and 800...so all I can do right now is blog, work hard at practice, and just go for it!!
