So I just realized I have two fast running blogs, hilarious right! Well I'll only be using this one, haha! Anyways today on my (AM) run we did 5X1k's went good, they weren't very consistint; around maybe 5:30 I can't remember right now. But all I remember is going strong on all of them! I made myself laugh today, because I didn't realize how self-motivated I am; which isn't bad at all! On my reps kept talking to myself "come on Irene push harder" "don't give up now" "keep the pace" ect. and as was passing some girls I was voicing it, haha! They probably thought I was crazy! But other then that I felt really strong tomorrow we have 30/30 and I'm going to keep this good vibe going!
(PM) So lately I haven't been having rides so I've just been jogging to practice at the highschool for pm practice (from where i jog is near the firestation) so from there~where we do morning practice~highschool makes a total of 3 miles! Run felt same as always hot! At weights I learned I haven't been doing squats right...So I have to fix that (hopefully I did).
