i was feeling so sick and dizzy all day it was really bad I think I was dehydrated I felt so cruddy all day I even threw up, but I sucked it up because I needed to get this run in I think it was like 11:00 pm when I finally went for my run it was such a hard run for me at one point I had to stop and just cry my stomach and head hurt so bad it was really really awful and all the air was gross from everyone setting off fire works it was so terrible I got home and just couldn't stop crying I was sweating really bad all night and threw up some more it was awful I don't even know what it was i was completely fine Friday and Sunday I feel a little better but oh Saturday was just awful
